Aymara Molina se encontraba junto a su pareja cuando vivió la experiencia que relata en las siguientes páginas. El episodio ocurrió durante un día de semana, en una fecha que ninguno de los dos recuerda con exactitud, mientras ambos asistían a clases nocturnas. El lugar fue una playa situada a pocas cuadras de su escuela, aunque en el testimonio original no se especifican la ciudad ni el país.
Lo que comenzó como una espera cotidiana antes de entrar a clases terminó convirtiéndose en una experiencia que Aymara y su pareja conservarían en la memoria durante mucho tiempo y que, posteriormente, los impulsaría a buscar respuestas y compartir lo sucedido.

Estaba con mi pareja y, siendo sincera, ninguno de los dos recuerda el día exacto. Sin embargo, podemos decir que ocurrió durante un día de semana, porque en aquella época estábamos cursando clases nocturnas.
Ese día íbamos camino a la escuela cuando nos avisaron que entraríamos más tarde. Como teníamos tiempo libre, decidimos caminar un poco mientras esperábamos. A unas dos cuadras de la escuela se encuentra la playa, así que bajamos hasta allí con la intención de caminar un rato.
Mientras nos acercábamos a la orilla apareció, aparentemente de la nada, una luz extremadamente brillante en el horizonte. Los dos nos quedamos asombrados porque antes no estaba allí. Continuamos observándola y, después de un momento, comenzó a desplazarse con bastante rapidez. Por esa razón descartamos, al menos en aquel instante, la posibilidad de que se tratara de un barco.
Entonces ocurrió algo que nos sorprendió todavía más: la luz comenzó a desplazarse aparentemente en nuestra dirección.

Recuerdo que estaba muy asustada, pero, al mismo tiempo, no podía dejar de mirar. Era como si toda mi atención hubiera quedado atrapada en aquello. Para nosotros pareció transcurrir un lapso de aproximadamente cinco minutos. Durante ese tiempo el objeto se acercó y pudimos distinguir mejor su forma. En ese momento, los dos pensamos que se parecía a lo que comúnmente describimos como un plato volador. Fue una de las experiencias más impactantes y desconcertantes que he vivido.
En algún momento miramos la hora porque teníamos que regresar para entrar a clases. Entonces descubrimos algo que hasta hoy no podemos comprender: habían transcurrido aproximadamente dos horas.
Los dos estábamos convencidos de que solo habían pasado unos cinco minutos. Incluso hoy seguimos recordándolo de esa manera. No entendemos cómo pudo existir una diferencia tan grande entre el tiempo que creíamos haber permanecido allí y el tiempo que indicaba el reloj.
Después cometimos lo que en ese momento sentimos como un error: contarles lo sucedido a nuestros amigos y familiares. Algunos se rieron y no nos creyeron. Para mí fue muy frustrante haber presenciado algo tan impresionante y sentir que nadie creía lo que estaba contando. Por ese motivo me alegró muchísimo encontrar información y testimonios relacionados con este fenómeno, porque de alguna manera me hizo sentir acompañada.
Después de aquel día regresamos varias veces a la playa con la esperanza de volver a observar algo similar. Lo extraño era que, cuando llegábamos, inicialmente no había nada. En algunas ocasiones las luces aparecían después de que llevábamos un tiempo allí; otras veces parecían manifestarse precisamente cuando estábamos a punto de marcharnos.
No sabemos cómo interpretarlo. No sabemos si tomarlo como una señal, como una coincidencia o simplemente como algo que todavía no podemos explicar.
Sin ir más lejos, durante el mes de julio de este año fuimos nuevamente a la playa para tomar mates durante la tarde y permanecer allí hasta el anochecer. Era invierno y prácticamente no había nadie. Cuando comenzó a bajar el sol y nos preparábamos para irnos, miré hacia un costado.
Y allí estaban otra vez.

Desde aquella primera experiencia hemos investigado muchísimo. Hemos visto videos, leído libros y noticias, buscado documentales y consultado todo tipo de material relacionado con el fenómeno. El tema llegó a interesarme tanto que estoy creando una especie de mural en mi habitación dedicado a estas experiencias y a la información que hemos ido encontrando.
También queremos conseguir unos binoculares para observar mejor las luces en caso de que vuelvan a aparecer. Y, cuando tengamos la posibilidad de viajar, nos gustaría encontrar algún grupo o institución seria que estudie esta clase de fenómenos y que pueda orientarnos.
Me encantaría que alguien pudiera leer nuestra historia y darnos una opinión. Hace mucho tiempo que estamos intentando encontrar personas dispuestas a escucharnos sin juzgarnos, que puedan orientarnos o que, al menos, hayan vivido algo parecido.

Aymara Molina was with her partner when she experienced the events she recounts in the following pages. The incident took place on a weekday, on a date neither of them can remember exactly, while they were both attending evening classes. The location was a beach just a few blocks from their school, although the original testimony does not specify the city or country.
What began as an ordinary wait before class turned into an experience that Aymara and her partner would remember for a very long time and that would later lead them to search for answers and share what had happened.

I was with my partner and, to be honest, neither of us remembers the exact day. However, we can say that it happened on a weekday because, at the time, we were attending evening classes.
That day, we were on our way to school when we were told that classes would start later than usual. Since we had some free time, we decided to walk around while we waited. The beach is about two blocks from the school, so we went down there intending to take a short walk.
As we approached the shore, an extremely bright light appeared on the horizon, seemingly out of nowhere. We were both amazed because it had not been there before. We continued watching it and, after a moment, it began moving quite rapidly. For that reason, at least at the time, we ruled out the possibility that it was a ship.
Then something happened that surprised us even more: the light apparently began moving in our direction.
I remember being very frightened, but at the same time, I couldn't stop looking at it. It was as though all my attention had become completely fixed on it. To us, it seemed that approximately five minutes had passed. During that time, the object came closer, and we were able to make out its shape more clearly. At that point, we both thought it resembled what we commonly describe as a flying saucer. It was one of the most shocking and bewildering experiences I have ever had.
At some point, we checked the time because we had to return to school for class. That was when we discovered something that, to this day, we still cannot understand: approximately two hours had passed.
We were both convinced that only about five minutes had gone by. Even today, that is how we remember it. We cannot understand how there could have been such a significant difference between the amount of time we believed we had spent there and the time shown on the clock.
Afterward, we made what, at the time, felt like a mistake: we told our friends and family what had happened. Some of them laughed and did not believe us. It was extremely frustrating for me to have witnessed something so extraordinary and feel that no one believed what I was telling them. That is why I was so happy when I found information and testimonies related to this phenomenon, because, in a way, they made me feel less alone.
After that day, we returned to the beach several times, hoping to see something similar again. The strange thing was that whenever we arrived, there was initially nothing there. On some occasions, the lights would appear after we had been there for a while; other times, they seemed to appear precisely when we were about to leave.
We do not know how to interpret it. We do not know whether to take it as a sign, a coincidence, or simply something we still cannot explain.
In fact, in July of this year, we went back to the beach to drink mate in the afternoon and stayed there until nightfall. It was winter, and there was practically no one around. As the sun began to set and we were getting ready to leave, I looked off to one side.
And there they were again.
Since that first experience, we have done a great deal of research. We have watched videos, read books and news articles, searched for documentaries, and consulted all kinds of material related to the phenomenon. I became so interested in the subject that I am creating a kind of mural in my room dedicated to these experiences and to the information we have found along the way.
We also want to get a pair of binoculars so we can observe the lights more closely if they appear again. And when we have the opportunity to travel, we would like to find a reputable group or organization that studies this kind of phenomenon and could offer us some guidance.
I would love for someone to read our story and give us their opinion. For a long time, we have been trying to find people willing to listen to us without judging us—people who might be able to guide us or who, at the very least, have experienced something similar.
